Need Advice - Cheltenham, PA

I don't have any good advice for lawyers, I just wanted to say that I can't imagine that any judge would consider giving custody to someone who one wants "some" of his children. He clearly has issues, take care of yourself and all of your babies.

He is quiet, a good listener, extremely skilled and has good people skills. If for some reason he cannot take you on, he has been in the community for years and is well connected. You poor thing....I am so sorry to hear that. But youneed to think positive! Your 2 kids are healthy, you are helthy....make sure that you dont worry too much. It is so easy to say, but please think about you baby #3 She or he will bring so much joy into your life. I have good attornies, but lost their #. I will look for it (they deal with child custody) and let you know. Be STRONG, dont let him bring you down or harm the baby!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I have not had to deal with divorce lawyers in a long time, but one of the best in the area is Saul Solomon. My brother-in-law use to work for him and I have a former co-worker who used him for her divorce/custody issues. I don't quite know what to say. It is unbelievable that anyone can say they want some of their children and not the rest. They are not pets you pick and choose!! I can't see how any judge in his/her right mind would think he is fit to take on two children full time. You are an active capable mom who loves all her children (planed and unplaned) and so I think if you do managed to find a good lawyer you will be fine. I am sorry i don't have such a contact for you but i just wanted to tell you to hang in there and have faith in yourself as a mother. Tell your husband he is a self centered pig!!!

I was pregnant when me and my husband seperated and my son is now 5 months old. Long story short, i hired a lawyer and will get custody and he visitation. I am in the bensalem pa area, if you are from around there i will be more than happy to give you his number, just let me know. As for your situation, NO judge would ever split your children up EVER!!! Nor would a judge look at a father with admiration when he says i want 2 of my children but not the other or others!!
