Would You Rent to Somebody with Bad Credit?

I would like to know your opinion if you would rent to somebody with bad credit. Less say that the person had a no so bad credit for most of the 7 years, struggle for 2 or 3 years but is getting better in the last year. Doesn't most people is having hard times right now, isn't this kind of understandable if not every person is having good credits with this economy? So if you had a property for rent, how much would you considerate a bad credit, would you look for all the 7 years or the past 2, would it matter why they had a bad credit ...

Bankruptcy and Divorce

We are having a horrible time trying to sell our house. Our realtor is not helping or doing anything but sabotaging offer after offer. We are being forced into a short sell and that is falling through with help from our realtor too. We have one more month to sell this house or it will be foreclosed on. If it is foreclosed, I'm told that it will go to action and we will be held responsible for the remainder of the bill. If this happens then we will have no other option then bankruptcy. I'm not familiar with this process. We currently live...

401K & Foreclosure

My husband and I are having a lot of financial struggles... since I started working first shift, and we've begun paying for childcare, we haven't been able to afford our mortgage payments. We haven't paid on it in 4 months now. We are now going into foreclosure. My husband has taken a withdrawal from his 401k so that we could avoid the foreclosure, but we got the check a few days too late. We have tried contacting the mortgage company to see if we can set up payment arrangements to pay our arrearages and get caught up on everything, but...

Advice on How to Ask Baby's Daddy for Financial Help

Okay, so this seems like a very cowardly and unintelligent request, but I need a bit of advice on how to ask my baby's father for child support. I have not filed for support yet, but recently received notice from my son's medical insurance company that if I do not do so, we will lose all our benefits. As a mom who is only working part-time, I am finding this situation difficult. My ex and I used to argue a lot about money and he gets really, really stressed and upset when we have to discuss this. He is under other financial strains from...
