Questions About Breast Pumps

I have a lot of questions about breat pumps. I will have to return to work about 6 weeks after having my baby so I will need to pump my breastmilk. I have heard that the Medela and Ameda pumps are good. Also heard that the Lasinoh is comparible to the Ameda. Any thoughts? Do most pumps come in standard sizes so any bottle can attach to it? Also anybody know how often I will need to pump? Obviously, there's a lot I don't know about pumping!

Ameda vs Medela Pump

I bought the Ameda pump and have only been able to pump a maximum of 1.5 oz with it, regardless of when I pump. I'm wondering if the Medela Pump N Style would pump more milk? Has anyone tried both pumps and noticed a difference in output?

What Breast Pump Is the Best?

Hi! I am looking for advice on what breast pump works the best. I am pregnant with my 2nd child and want a good quality pump. I had the manual Advent Isis hand pump and HATED it so much. I could barely get anything out and by the end I would be in tears. I have heard the Medela Pump in Style are the best. I am just trying to find out if the original is good or worth the money to go to the advanced. Even though I will only be using it every once and a while, I told my husband it would be worth the investment even if I only use it a couple of...

A Good Breast Pump.

Hey, I've just found out that I'm pregnant again (with my second child). With my first child I had a really hard time producing enough milk and I am already worried that I will have to endure the same hardships. I would like to buy a good pump that may help me keep my supply or even help build up my supply if I happen to loose it again. I'm starting to save up now so I'm willing to spend a good chunk of money on one as long as it's a good one. Any other mothers whom have also had troubles with their supply but found a great breastpump, I...
