Seeking Advice on 'Bath Time'

Thank you in advance for any suggestions, you have helped so much in the past. So my little one hates baths. She enjoyed them when we bathed her in the kitchen sink and then didn't seem to mind the first 2 times we bathed her in our tub but the 3rd time was horrible so from then on out she has bathed with either me or her father and that was ok for awhile but now she just screams throughout the bath even when were in there with her. How Do You Shower, Take the Garbage Out, Etc with a Toddler??

Hi, looking especially to the single moms for help here... My toddler is on the verge of being able to escape from her playpen and crib. Once she does that I have no idea how I am going to be able to take a shower, use the bathroom, or take something hot out of the oven...ever again! How do you keep your child safe while you do things that you cannot be holding them for?! (plus of course she is getting really heavy and very wiggly) I'm also concerned that with winter coming, I'm going to have to go out to start the car to warm it up...

Seeking Advice on Play Yards and Baby Monitirs

I have been setting up my registry and it is about to drive me crazy. However I have two specific questions. My husband and I looked at the Pack n' Plays and really liked the Chicco LX Lullaby Play Yard, however the reviews I have read from other moms are either on one extreme or the other. Does any one have any experience with the Chicco Pack n' Plays? Alos, we have been trying to decide on a baby monitor, we don;t want one that has video on it, unless someoone has some great experience with those. My sister-in-law got the the Summer...
