My daughter's name is an older name that is not very common. We can't find things in stores w/ her name on them. She really wants something w/ her name on it. I searched for kids monogramming websites and there are a ton!! What sites have you used that you either liked or disliked? I want to know if I'm getting good quality stuff or junk before I order.

Thanks!

Land's End monograms most of their stuff. Pottery Barn Kids, too, I think. Both have nice quality things.

I have had great luck with every shop on Etsy and Ebay that I have used. I've never been disappointed with any of them, only pleasantly surprised when the item is cuter than expected!

have you tried a local, reputable seamstress? Many places like that now do stitching/embroidering and you can bring in your own article of clothing.

It used to be Mulberry Moon or Pottery Barn Kids, but a friend of mine had a 31 Gifts party (direct sale company where you have shows in your home) and they can personalize/embroider any name or phrase on any of their products and they are MUCH more reasonable than online companies seem to be. You choose the product you want, the fabric you want, and the color of thread used for the name - so fun! I got my children their backpacks and we also have a HUGE beach bag and several of their various sizes of totes that have all withstood whatever we've put them through. :-)

they have more stuff than is on their site and would probably send you pictures, etc. A woman named Pam owns it. Also check out where your local (kids) sports teams get their uniforms done.

I have a daughter whose name has an unusual spelling, so we never find things in stores with her name. I have ordered from Personalization Mall and have been happy with the quality. They have really nice water bottles and picture frames. They have other stuff as well, but those are the two items I have ordered from that site.
