School Newsletter, Type a big thank you note and copy it for each classroom and office, Make a poster thank you card and have it hung in a central location for all to see, Morning announcements over the loud speaker so the thank you is channeled to each room and office. These are just off the top of my head. Congratulations to you. K.

Hey!
At our school when you get a shower we usually bake treats. Store bought are OK too, but taking the time to make things and put them in the lounge with a thoughtful thank you card was always appreciated!

As a teacher, whenever we do showers and things like that, nice thank you are often like a donut breakfast with a thank you card, or a tray of brownies, things like that, teachers love food in the lounge or in the office, doing something like that with a card usually reaches everyone who pitched in and it saves time since it is a group thank you. That is also what I did for my bridal shower and my baby shower.

When my workplace threw me a shower I brought a big cake with THANK YOU!!! written on it to the next staff meeting, accompanied by a handwritten thank you note. If your staff doesn't all meet together as a group, you could just leave it in the break room. Just one idea.

My school was a small private one but staff were always pleased with gifts of food to share from parents so, after my baby shower, I took a couple of boxes of doughnuts & bagels etc and a big thank you card which was pinned up in the staffroom. Not very imaginative, I know, but they were thrilled (easy to please) to begin the day with a treat & it was easy for me to organize at a time when I could barely remember to pick up my keys when I left the house!

Hope you find something suitable

I work with a large (100+) group of women and the cutest thank yous I've seen where just a tag tied around a chocolate cigar right after the baby was born. You could always do a nice card and some cookies now and then have your husband drop off the cigars right after the baby is born.
Just a suggestion
