A friend of mine was just asked to leave her yoga class because she was pregnant and the instructor said that she needed to find a pre-natal yoga class instead. Does anyone have any good suggestions of prenatal yoga classes in the south saint louis city or valley park area. Or if not a prenatal yoga class, a yoga class that is pregnant woman friendly.
I know that YMCA's offer prenatal yoga and there should be one in a location that would work.

I just signed up for a prenatal yoga class at the Y.
All sessions start next week. Maybe your friends why has a class to offer. BTW, you don't need to be a member of the Y to take their classes.

I just started a pre-natal yoga class at Big Bend Yoga in Webster Groves. It runs as a 6 week session and just started the first class this past Sunday. She could go to the website and send an email or call the teacher to see if she would still be able to join in. And the teacher also has a class on Tuesdays that just started yesterday (i think) but it is at the Brentwood Wellness Center? She could inquire on that as well.
The South City YMCA (at Sublette and Arsenal) had prenatal yoga five yars ago when I attended. I don't have their brochure at the moment, but remember seeing the class in it recently. You or your friend can look it up online or call ###-###-####. I can also provide contact for my yoga instructor who taught the prenatal yoga class, she may have info for other locations.
