We used Nick McCoy to buy our home and absolutely loved him. He was available weekends and we always got a return call either that day, or early the next day depending on when we called. He was very open about the comps in the market and what was a realistic offer to make on a home despite the list price, so I think he will be realistic in telling us what we can get for our home so it's not sitting on the market forever.

It is important to find the right realtor. They can make or break a sale. We had one friend who used a realtor for 6 months and had no foot traffic from day one. When their contract with her expired they went with Ted. The house sold in 5 weeks! This home was in a neighborhood where several houses were on the market. GOOD LUCK!
