BIG fan of the double stroller that converts to a sit and stand from One Step Ahead www.onestepahead.com. It is cheaper and lighter than most double strollers.

I just bought the double side by side zooper for my 24 mo and newborn. I wanted a side by side so I could see the front end (I'm only 5'2) of the stroller easily. The Peg is super but only holds a peg carseat. I wanted a stroller that I could still use my graco carrier if I wanted a quick in/out of the car. So far I really like the stroller - especially the ajustable sun shades. They are huge and can cover the entire seat even when fully reclined.

My complaints would be there is no way I could hold open a door and pull the stroller through like I could with my single stroller. Also, it is a tight fit in the back of our Highlander (doesn't come close to fitting in my vibe).

Overall, I'd probably buy this stroller again. It has been great around the neighborhood for walks and the stores (hubby was able to negotiate around the makeup department at Nordstroms without issues). If you are a runner or plan on doing a lot of off road pusing check into the BOB. It's another great stroller and highly recommended.

I personally like the Graco DuoGlider. The sit one in front of the other.
It has sippy cup and food trays for both. The back seat sits higher so that kid can see.
There is a cup/storage tray for mommy and a decent size basket below.
It also fits the graco carseat so if you have a newborn, that baby can stay in their carseat and snap into the back seat.
Good luck in your search!

Do you want a tandem or a side-by-side? That is the first decision you need to make. I had twins last year and I struggled with this for a LONG time. I ended up with a Peg Perego Aria (side by side). I really like it for things like the zoo, walks, or anything outside. Very lightweight, both girls can see, easy to maneuver. HOWEVER, it's not that great for doing things inside, like going to the doctor. Side by sides can be tricky fitting thru the doorways. Many times I get stuck because the wheels aren't perfectly straight, or one of them has their arms sticking out. I ended up having another baby this year so now I have a triple stroller (Peg Perego Triplette which has 3 in a row). Even though it's longer, it's much easier to fit thru spaces, but now I have the problem with the middle seat. Baby is laying down in back, so she's happy but the twins have to go in the front and middle. The one in the middle can't see and keeps pulling on and kicking the front seat! Basically there are pros and cons to both kinds. Decide what will be best for you. The Peg Peregos are more expensive than some, but they are sturdy which is very important. Good luck with the purchase and with the new baby!!
