Does anyone know if myalli works?!? I would really like to try it but I don't want it to be a waste of money. I eat pretty healthy and do cardio three times a week and weight lift two times a week but it doesn't seem like enough and I walk about 3 miles at work. Any suggestions?????

What can I do next?

I took it for about a month. I did lose weight while I was on it but I started a good diet and exercise program at the time too. After I ran out of pills I stopped taking them. I lost just as much weight with out them.

The key to successful weight loss is always a healthy way of eating plus exercise. Excessive weight gain does not come overnight, nor does weight loss...it takes time. Start with changing the way you shop...leave the unhealthy foods at the store. Add more water to your daily habit - 8 / 8 ounce glasses a day plus one more 8 ounce glass for each 25 lbs you want to lose. Be sure to use a good dietary supplement and get at least 7-8 hours of solid rest each night. Developing healthy habits will take time, but the weight will come off and stay off...plus you'll be setting a great example for your daughter.

All the best,
C.

My husband has been on it for two months. He's lost twelve pounds. I can't tell. I guess because I see him everyday. But people come up to him all the time and ask if he's lost weight.
He likes it alot. He's never had any side effects and like I said he's lost twelve pounds.

NO! not for me anyway....i didn't take it long enough to suffer the side effects....I took it for 5 days....It gave me MIGRAINES from hell and an awful upset stomach...I still have a bottle with LOTS of pills left...If you don't want to spend the 40.00 bucks on a new bottle you can buy what i have left for 10.00.

Usually those don't work and the weight comes back later unless you are eating the right combinations of food anyway - sounds like you are in the right direction with the exercise. Try eliminating all "whites" from your diet: white flour(anything made with it), white sugar (any of the drinks that say fructose, sucralose, dextrose, Splenda, Nutrasweet, Aspartame etc), white starchy processed foods. That usually eliminate drive thru, fast food. Eat fruits, and veggies that are raw, and non processed. Did you see that segment on TV that showed the 11 pounds of fresh fruit and veggies and nuts that if we ate it all everyday we would be healthy, live long and be fit ... not to mention full! Eat like Daniel did in the Bible -- Also -- Apple Cider Vinegar in your diet helps with about everything!

All the side effects just sound disgusting .. oily poo and always having a change of underware on hand ... NOT for me. You sound like you have a good healthy lifestyle - maybe just change up your exercise routines .... I would never try Alli - heard too many negatives with the side effects!
